This project commenced in April 2022 and is scheduled for completion in February 2024. The scope of works includes the comprehensive removal of asbestos from all structures designated for demolition, followed by the demolition of all buildings and the removal of foundations and underbuildings to depths ranging from 2 to 6 metres.
As of now, approximately 90% of the work has been completed, with full project completion anticipated by December 2023. The site is being managed by a highly professional and experienced team, supported by our dedicated office staff, ensuring the successful delivery of another major project.
All works have been carried out to the complete satisfaction of the Client, with zero Health and Safety incidents reported throughout the duration of the project. Upon completion, the site will be left in a clean, tidy, and level condition, fully compliant with all tender specifications.

- 1 storey Post War Bunker Building
- 6 storey Main Office Block
- 3 storey Town Hall and Entertainment Venue
- All external ramps/stairs access walkways and roads
